1. If Sora had the patience, the interest, or the inclination, he would make a formidable wizard; his raw skill rivals Donald's, and he's plenty intelligent enough for the studies. His attention span is the primary obstacle to this, along with the fact that he's really just more comfortable with physical things.

2. Despite #1, after he got back home, one day he looked out at the wide blue ocean and sort of got stuck, staring so intently he didn't even know Riku was coming up behind him until he was prodded in the small of his back. The next day, he sent off a message to Donald begging to be taught the spell to turn people into merfolk, so that he and Kairi and Riku could explore their sea together.

3. It took him months to be able to eat seafood again, and he still can't make himself go fishing.

4. Sora knows what sex is, and is surprisingly at ease with his own sexuality. The reason he can't talk about it, and blushes like crazy if you bring it up, is not because he sees it as dirty, but because he sees it as private, and doesn't like discussing it unless it is with someone he's willing to DO it with. This may or may not terrify Riku later, when he is dragged into the relationship and Sora goes from seeming shy and prudish, to being perfectly willing to compare notes on cunnilingus techniques and discuss the possibility of bondage.
