Haha, this'll be interesting, since Chrono Trigger isn't really a fandom I ship in...

One True Pairing Ship: Crono/Lucca. ...I dunno, I just liked the whole friendship thing and I'm more interested in romance when there's a solid friendship basis to it. ... Plus I just really liked Lucca a lot.

Canon Ship: ...none, really? Oh wait, I guess Ayla/Kino.
