Frankly, I don't know. I'm still kind of baffled as to how I got it. It was really a case of the stars aligning and me needing a job RIGHT when this job became available AND having my neighbor (who is a longtime friend of our family) able and willing to vouch for me getting the position. The lady's niece handles all the care arrangements, and pays us directly.
