I have screen shots from the game and fanart in various styles, because obsession is a sad, sad thing *G*, so references shouldn't be a problem.

The first thing I'd want is a picture of my OTP, at night, doing the romantic gaze thing right before their first kiss. I can send the link to the fic to you if you think it'd be useful (it's only about 1000 words), but I think the only relevant visual details I included are that he's wearing a wine-colored cloak, and they were watching the moon rise.

So I've finally gotten to this one, and... I think I need you to clarify something at the end. I just can't get a mental picture of how they're arranged at the end - it seems like they should have tripped and fallen, or at least changed position significantly from whatever was last described, so I just... can't see it. Do you mind me kind of making something up, or would you rather give me a little more detail?

I finally have money, Gemini, so it's time! :]

I'm not quite sure what this would classify as, so I'm going to leave it up to you to decide. I can certainly pay 30 dollars if required, though. ^^

Basically, it's going to be a picture of the four main characters from my novel, though it's going to be split into four different sections. Sort of like this:



Just a basic four part division. Each should be facing a different direction, though how you do it is up to you. ^^

The four characters are Natsuki, Okiku, The Old Ninja and Damitri. I'm going to both describe each character and provide avatar examples.



Okiku Sukikuwa:

Okiku is tall and lanky. He has blue eyes and his hair is coal black, long and wild. His skin is pale and his body is thin and toned with lean muscle. His favorite outfit is a white t-shirt, old blue jeans, black boots and a trench coat with fingerless gloves.

For a pose and emotion, I'm thinking something dorky. Not nearly Tidus dorky, but close. XD He tries quite often, this early in my mental timeline of the character, to come off strong and "cool", but often fails. Miserably.



The Old Ninja:

The Old Ninja is an imposing figure, even though he is a little shorter than Okiku. His hair is shoulder length and kept straight and orderly. What skin is revealed is ashen. His mask is tilted slightly back from his face, revealing his nose, mouth and chin, but obscuring his eyes. He wears a black suit, slacks, shoes and tie.

For pose and emotion, the best I can come up with is simultaneously glacial and emotional. Maybe he could hold his cigarette and be dramatic at the same time? I have no idea. The Old Ninja is as much an enigma as Flidget made him seem when she lent me her character. ^^



Damitri:

Damitri is a vampire, nearly three hundred years old. His hair is auburn, very long and heavily curled. His eyes are blue, though much more of an aqua color than the standard blue. He still wears nearly exactly what he did when he was a young adult.

For a pose, something aristocratic. Poised. Elegant. Haughty. Arrogant. Almost as if he's looking down on you.



Natsuki Tsugumi:

Natsuki is shorter than the other three, but makes up for it with her attitude. Her hair is cut short and spiked sideways. She dyes it regularly, but for this it'll be blue. She has gray eyes, fair skin and an average body, though a little more curvaceous than most.

For pose/emotion, convey defiance, amusement or a combination of the two. Make her look strong and determined.

And that would be it. Questions/Comments?

Yes, I have one question. :D Any particular symbolic imagery or something you'd like as a motif or a border or in backgrounds or something? I ask to keep my options open.

Yeah, I think this'd run $25-$30. We'll see how it goes when I start on it. :D

Also, while we're talking art and the buying thereof, will you be wanting that copy of Catch You, too? :D

Can each character have an individual background image in each panel? I think that would be pretty fantastic, but I know that's stacking on more work to an already complex piece. Hell, I'd stick to simple colors if I had to. Either option sounds nice. ^^;

If I had to stick to one sort of background image, though, I'd probably do something simple, like a circular seal or symbol running around the entire piece. I don't have any specifics right now, though. I could get them momentarily after you tell me what background type would be best. ^^

You still have that copy of Catch You? Fantastic. I'd love to add it on there. I've been waiting ages to get it. :]

They could have individual backgrounds. They could also have a circular seal, simple colors, simple motifs... I'm just trying to figure out what my options are so I can SEE what background would work best. XD I've got an idea right now, though, actually...

Something went horribly wrong with Natsuki's scarf when I converted to CMYK - it still looks okay, but it didn't come out as well as it did in RGB. D: I can't figure out how to fix it, so I just did what I could to make it look okay. Sorry.
