Two commissions down. Two to go.

... I should really do commissions more often, and not just for the money. It's exhausting, but it always forces me to stretch in ways I wouldn't normally. I painted one of the best backgrounds I've ever done on this one I just finished, when normally I shun backgrounds at all costs. XD It's also more paint-style than cartoon-style, which usually frightens me.

Thinking I did a damn good job, all told.

Speaking of commissions, my dad saw the work you did for me and was pestering me about whether or not you'd do work for him in the future. He's also an author and wanted some maps or something done. I have no idea what exactly he meant. Just thought I'd let you know for future reference. XD

Ugh, if he's talking about world maps I think that may be well out of my area of expertise. XD But sure, I'd take a commission from him. :3

It's a shameful way to live, but if you ever wanted some serious money doing art, furries apparently have pockets lined in gold. I hear you can make some sweet cash just putting stuff up at furbid. Just be prepared for the day when one of them wants something so awful that you'll run away screaming.
