I've had a minor meltdown over how I was going to do my prints.

I've figured out how to do the prints.

I've made the freaking god damn prints.

I've redrawn a leg on one of them, which was on five different layers mind you, about three times before making that print.

I've filled out the bid sheets.

I've contacted my agent for further information.

I've filled out my app for the college.

I've made up an image for business cards.

I've printed business cards.

All that's left is matting, which we can probably have done at Michael's or Arizona Art Supply. because, yeah - I'm totally gonna cut mats myself, for the first time, with no prior instruction. sounds like a fantastic idea, not likely to cause any bodily harm at all.

I'd like to reprint the business cards, but I only have so much stock, the Canon's out of ink, the HP doesn't align them properly, and at this point I will take what I can get.

I was gonna put my resume up on craigslist tonight, ~~and maybe do some homework,~~ but the art came first.

But it's done now, so I can crash at leisure.

Matting's the only skill I DID pick up from working at the framing shop, but I know how to mat.

...if you have a cutter of some kind, I might be able to do it for you for free?

... if "a cutter of some kind" includes various types of X-Acto knife and box-cutters, then YAY! I-is that enough or would we need some kind of apparatus?

Maybe; do you have a really good straight ruler? What kind of mats are you using, anyway? (ie material, thickness, height/width)

I think I could probably do it.

Well, we've got a sturdy eighteen-inch wooden ruler...

As for material, gah, I have no clue. I was assuming I could just go to Michael's or AZ Art Supply and just, I dunno, pick some up...

Can I call you a little later? My mom's picking me up in about ten minutes so we can go get mats, and I'm beginning to realize I know even less than I thought I did. :D
