Kingdom Hearts

• Touching Ground - SoRiKai, multichaptered. Sora, Riku, and Kairi work through miscommunication and personal hangups to understand and solidify their relationship(s) with one another.
  Progress: First chapter done
  
• World Without You - gen, epic AU, "what if Kairi had fought Ansem at Hollow Bastion?". A decision with far-reaching consequences.
  Progress: First chapter stalled
  
• Penumbra - Riku/Kairi, AU, multichaptered/oneshot? Very belated Halloween fic. Riku is searching for something...
  Progress: Beginning done
  

Phoenix Wright

• NSFW - Phoenix/Edgeworth, multichaptered. Maya discovers RPS of Phoenix and Miles, hilarity ensues.
  Progress: First chapter done
  
• Currently Untitled - gen, epic AU. Loosely follows the plot of the first game, except they're superheroes.
  Progress: Planning, prologue being poked at speculatively
  

Other

• Fragments of Turnabout - gen, crossover. After the events of Rise from the Ashes, Sora comes to Wright & Co. looking for directions, and Miles meets a blindfolded boy on a strange road.
  Progress: Miles' side halfway done, Phoenix's side still in planning

Hah! Yes. That's... definitely more apt than emo!drunk!Riku. I could definitely see him getting cheery and affectionate in a way that his reserve prevents him when he's in full control of his faculties. Since, IMHO, he clearly *does* feel things very intensely, he's just too... well, introverted to show it.

Exactly. :D He loves Sora and Kairi so deeply. Take away his careful control and take the edge off his lingering guilt, and he probably won't be able to shut up about how wonderful they are.

(Breaking Sora's brain will be fun. >D This bunny has the same setup as Pas de Trois, wherein Riku and Kairi are quietly wanting each other and Sora knows and is trying to figure out the best way to get them to act on it, but Riku also likes Sora, which Sora doesn't know. Enter happyloveydrunk!Riku...)

Oh my god....happy drunk Riku! I actually want to see that! And yes, much better than emo/violent/emo and violent combined drunk!Riku. Besides, some people can have a quite contrasting (although not completely) behaviour when they are drunk. And Riku might have one - but in a good way. :D

And now I want to write drunk Riku as well! :(

♥ I'm starting to feel bad about falling into the alcohol-as-plot-device trap, but... really, I think Riku does need some kind of a kick in the ass, and this would be funny. XD

Well, personally I think it's a really nice and amusing plot device myself! And yes, it would be funny!

Personally I don't think it's a bad idea for a plot device but then it's yoru decision.

It certainly isn't half as cliche as emo drunk Riku. But yes, cliches can be good if done well. :)
