Gaaaaah.

So, yesterday was Gaia Online's second anniversary. So naturally they threw a big event for the occasion, and it kicked ass and was thick with sweet, sweet plot.

Last night I was up plotwhoring until 4:00, searching for new NPC quotes like a junkie searching for crack. Finally I gave up and slept, figuring there'd probably be no new plot until the end of the ball. Which is supposed to be right about... now. I woke up at this hour specifically to see if there was anything happening.

Wheeeeeeee. I am so coming off a plot high right now. Man, the Anniversary ball was GOOD. Subtle hints about the Von Helson sisters' backstory... Gino's continuing amnesia and his father's concern... Gambino's comeback and new motivation... Labtech X's shady business deal with the sisters... Gambino passing out G Pins for people to wear as a symbolic gesture of support... and that delicious showdown at the end!

Gambino is now tied with Gino for "Alyssa's favorite Gaia NPC". He's come a LONG way from the man who neglected and mistreated his son... now he's putting his son first and doing everything for his sake. He wasn't using Gino for sympathy, he genuinely does care for the boy. And that makes me happy. <3

I can't WAIT for more plot. They set up so much and left so many loose ends, and they promised continuation! :D
