I'm all registered for next semester, I've put together a reasonable schedule (aside from Tuesdays and Thursdays - why are Tuesdays and Thursdays always my heavy days?) and it didn't involve screaming in agony and throwing my teeth at the computer screen. It wasn't even that hard to make sure the classes didn't conflict with one another. Amazing.
I'm finally actually going in a direction with my studies. For the past two years, I've just been dabbling (within a certain pattern, admittedly, but nothing that would get me a degree). This semester I'm making a good start on my Certificate of Completion in Media Arts; next semester I'll finish that up and make a start on my associate's degree. :D
I want to see about getting in the student art show this year, too.
I should also produce a few more print-quality pieces for DA soon... and also actually attempt advertising. Totally didn't mean to alliterate that.
It's nice to actually have a solid path under my feet now, and know I'm finally actively working for a specific goal. It won't be quick, but I'm working for it. It's a good feeling.
I feel like creating.
