1. My username is ____ because ____.
voodoobob. Back when I first decided to make an LJ, I was stuck for a username. So I hit up kupoke for suggestions. He, being the awesomely twisted thing he is, took a running joke of ours ("I curse you with chickens!") and something from my life (I have a rubber chicken named Bob, given as a gag gift by white_manjushri) and combined them. Voodoo = curse, Bob = chicken. "I curse you with chickens". XD
2. My journal is titled ____ because ____.
"Alektorophobia" means "fear of chickens". I figured that if my username represented a curse of the aforementioned poultry, "Alektorophobia" would be nicely in keeping with that. (Actually, I think Jason suggested this too. I remember that the short-lived original title was "Bob the Crossdressing Rubber Chicken's Coop".)
3. My subtitle is ____ because ____.
"my chicken scratch". Since I'd already established a chicken theme, I thought it was worth going a little further with it. And Alektorophobia was originally intended to be a fic journal (you can see how well that worked out), so it made sense.
4. My default userpic is ____ because ____.
Tidus, "embrace your inner dork". Well, first off, I love Tidus. I have no shame in admitting this. He's an adorable, lovable goofbrained sweetheart of a main character. Part of the reason I adore him so is because of his irrepressible dorkiness. I, too, am a dork. This icon is, quite possibly, the most succinctly descriptive of me out of my entire collection of icons. Thus, it is my default.
