fuyu: (wtf mate?)
Working on a (late) diet analysis assignment. Have entered my intake for the three days, and now I'm looking at what the program makes of it.

According to this, while I have taken in way too much cholesterol (screw you, I'm not giving up my eggs) and sodium, I... am apparently not taking in enough food, and not getting enough of anything - including macronutrients, i.e. protein, carbs, fat - that I need.

...

I weigh 210 pounds.

What the hell.




(Mind, this database does have limited data, and in some places it's downright screwy - apparently 100% of all the trans fats I consumed in one particular day, the intake for which included a fried chicken thigh from a box, ice cream, and instant potatoes, came from the teaspoon of Smart Balance I put on my bread.

Smart Balance.

You know, that margarine of which the entire point is that it doesn't have trans fat.

...

And it's also possible I could be reading this wrong in a fit of dumb. And, yes, I'm going to grant that my activity level leaves much to be desired, and my choice of foods is also not ideal, it's not just simple quantity of food.

Still, what the hell.)
