New mangaaa... *froth*

I need somebody to obsess over Gamerz Heaven with. XD I saw it the other day in Planet Neo and picked it up because, hey, it was about a gamer who gets sucked into an alternate reality videogame, and it was by Maki Murakami!

Then it turned out to be:

(1) Really quite pretty. Definitely recent, there can't even have been much lag bringing it over. Murakami-san's art has gotten to be some real eye candy.

(2) Adorable as all fucking hell. I want a Navigator plushie. XD

(3) Subtly shounen-ai. There was no indication that it would be so, but there it is - and it's subtle enough that I half thought it was just my slash-happy mind until 80% of the way through the book. XD

(4) Genuinely interesting. I just want to keep reading and see WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, DAMMIT.

(5) Overall, very much like Gravitation and .hack had a baby.

Needless to say, it is my new obsession. XD

I quite approve of the story. Kaito's obsession with videogames is slightly disturbing, but that's soon overshadowed by the plot which is just creepy enough and really very interesting. As a gamer, I feel quite at home reading about a guy getting sucked into a reality-warping console RPG. XD

And the shounen-ai. God, I'm loving this shounen-ai. It's so cute it injures me. XD

PLEASE SOMEBODY BUY THIS MANGA. IT IS NEW AND SHINY AND VERY CUTE. I NEED SOMEBODY TO FANGIRL WITH. XDXDXD

Murakami is sweet, sweet LUUURRVE.

I'd fangirl with you in a minute if I had this manga. I swear, I'll buy it the moment I see it in the shop here. :D

Didn't Murakami write "Gravitation"?
