20 years old...
...and it was quite painless. ♥
I got two cards, and a $50 gift certificate to Fry's Electronics. Mom took me out to get some treats and to redeem the certificate. Having designated today as a "screw the friggin' diet" day, I had her take me to Fujiya first, where I happily picked out a number of sugar-laden, definitely-not-allowed-on-my-diet indulgences - some Meiji white chocolate, a strawberry-flavored steamed cheesecake, an anpan, and some cute little maple-leaf-shaped sweet cakes with red bean paste inside. And, for the heck of it, we got me a meal at McDonald's too. (I like McDonald's. Shush.) At Fry's, I redeemed the certificate for Katamari Damacy, and the GBA remake of FF1 and FF2. A few assorted errands later, we were home, and I started playing on Gaia and Sages.
And that was pretty much my day. Nothing mystic, no big party, just the numbers rolling over and an outing to treat myself.
So now I'm 20. I'm not a teenager any more, and the world doesn't look a whole lot different than it did yesterday.
Why was I so worried? XD

I dislike the smell of alcohol a lot, so I am really not interested in drinking, even half a year after my 21st birthday. XD But as long as you want to and have fun
and I'll stop sounding like a boring adult now, I promiseit should be fine. XDno subject
Wooooot. XD I actually dislike both the smell and taste of alcohol, so drinking will be a novelty thing for me when I feel like hating myself the next morning. :D
