Ah, Zax/Aerith from FF7. Currently topping my OTP list, as they are far too adorable and canon to ignore. ... And yet I had to raid a feggin' doujinshi cover for a picture. T_T Despite the fact that they're 100% canon, we never see them together. Unavoidable, I guess, given the nature of Zax's character... but frustrating. So all we have to go on is their personalities and the knowledge that they were together. Woe is the life of a Z/A fangirl.

And from the exact same fandom, featuring one of the same characters... Zax/Cloud! They enjoy OTP status in my mind because even though they didn't actually get together, Zax was massively important to Cloud and I firmly maintain that if Zax hadn't been with Aerith, he would have been with Cloud. Any favorite moment I could describe would be spoilery.

Drake/JJ from FAKE. Big surprise, I'm sure. XD Too many favorite moments to count, but it's a tie between the rooftop scene and Drake offering JJ his soda.

Tidus/Yuna from FFX. ♥ They're adorable, they manage to work, I have great personal fondness for both of them, and depending on whether or not you take X-2 as canon then they cater to either my love of tragic couples or my love of happy endings. My favorite moment is, I think, either the lake scene or a spoilery bit from the ending.

And lastly, Rikku/Paine from FFX-2. :D I can't find my screenshots, so you get a crappy webcam picture of my action figures. XD They're lovely and balance each other very well. They have Chemistry. And I think it's unspeakably cute that Paine is fluent in Al Bhed. XD Favorite moment: "But I do! I do wanna know more about you!"
