I've finally seen Shera's name written out as it is in Japanese. And it is "shi-e-ra", not simply "she-ra". Which means that Cid's new airship in AC is directly named after her.

...You know, considering the number of cases where I have a character that I love to see slashed, but where I also really like his canon het pairing, I think we can officially say that threesomes are my kink.
Heh. :) My Shera grew out of her crush and married a nice quiet mechanic boy back in Rocket Town. Cid gave her away at the wedding and threatened a thousand different shades of pain to the poor guy if he hurt her. Shera actually told VINCENT about the engagement first, to try to get advice on exactly how to break this to Cid. :)
