I did it!
You know how in FF7, when you try to give a character a limit manual, they say something? And that the line they say is different depending on whether it's their manual and whether they're ready to learn it or not if it is?
My love of collecting obscure minutiae has led me to collect all of said lines.
And it's finally finished! Behold the Limit Quotes Project and marvel at my ridiculous case of fandom OCD. Marvel, damn it.

As for Cloud, it seems he goes back to beginning-of-the-game emo when you give him the wrong one, and that he spirals right into end-game dork when he gets it. I mean... "Ok! Got it!" sounds so... peppy. XD
Now a peppy Cloud won't get out of my mind. XD

Peppy Clouds are good! XD That was one thing that sort of disappointed me about AC, that he was all emo again. I missed dorky Cloud, dammit. XD

Well, there was still a bit of the dork in AC. I mean, those google/glasses were... rather dorky if you thought about it... and the whole one-sleeve thing. It's like he's the One-sleeved Dork as opposed to the One-winged Angel. (Cloud is a cute little angel, though. *pinches his cheek*)
He was very peppy in Case of Tifa, actually... until that time he got wasted in Corel Wine. XD;;

Yeah, the goggles are outstanding. I love them. XD The one-sleeve was all about his EMO, though, and surprisingly cool-looking. ... but One-Sleeved Dork sounds really catchy. XD And of course his "wtf?" look when he's talking to Rufus...
I remember that somewhat! He was all happy and stuff, and then he backslid into emo again. Poor Cloud. He can't escape the emo.

He apparently went back to being a dork in Dirge, though. But everyone was a dork in there. Vincent apparently outdorked everyone before he was experimented with. XD XD

According to my luckylucky friend who bought the jap game, Vincent was the type that would fall in complete desperation trying to figure out which teddy bear Lucrecia'd like most for Valentine's Day. XD And that he once slept in the middle of his job... XD XD it sounds like he's just adorable. XD

...oh! I'm a moron. I forgot to ask you when you were online earlier. We were going to have Zax and Aerith do that Gold Saucer thing for her birthday, right? ... her birthday was five days ago. I'd been thinking it was the 22nd, but that's Cid. ^_^; Should we just say they've already done it, or say there were scheduling conflicts and do it later or what?

I'm not sure Zax would feel too good about making Cloud take care of Zanzibar for the time they were gone, though, especially since Cloud's likely to have to go out for various MP duties. So maybe we should get Zanzibar to the blacksmith and THEN take them to Gold Saucer? XD It's not too far out of their way, even!
