So, y'all've heard of the lifesize Sephiroth statue, right?

Here's some photos of it.

Not just lifesize, but alarmingly lifelike. Looks like any moment he could open his eyes and LOOK AT YOU. Creepy. 8D;

That sad thought aside, though, it's a magnificent statue, isn't it?

Oh hell yes. I kept staring at those images, not quite believing that the statue really existed and wasn't just ~~pastede on~~ CGI. O_O

I sort of want to find out exactly where it is so I can ogle in person.

XD But Seph goes so well with tentacles. This Coyo has proved to me.

Doesn't he, though? I think it's the hand that does it for me. The face, even as OMGREALISTIC as it is, you can still see imperfections and artificiality. Like that his lips are not separate and his nostrils seem to be too shallow, and that's enough to somewhat dispel the "omg real person under there" illusion. His hand, though, that really does look like a real man's hand.

The hand I think is what really gets me, but I think I'd be much more comfortable if his hair was sculpted rather than, you know, actually looking like hair. That, and the eyebrows/lashes, really kick up the realism.

I think I need to clean my chair.
