Okay. You guys. (By which I mean, the old NSA group and assorted people. Kaity, Annie, Whitney, Tracye, Alex, Lauren...) I must insist.

LET'S MAKE AN LJ COMMUNITY.

Seriously. We have a collective critical failure to communicate important information whenever con time rolls around. We need a central location where we can all go and check on WHAT THE FLAK IS HAPPENING.

We also need to pester Alex to get an LJ.

I mean it, you guys. I will make the comm if necessary. We need a reliable way to communicate, okay. This whole "So and so said thus-and such..." "What? But Whatsherface told me this and that..." routine is getting a teeeeny bit tiresome. XD

Whatever happened to the telephone? Kaity and I don't keep up on LJ all too much (Kaity especially, as she has limited internet access.), and I don't check more than once every other day (I check daily MAX). I assume it's just not a good system for most of us, Whit-o and Tracye included. I'll gladly give you my phone number, and Kaity's too. It's crazy we don't have them at this point in time.

The thing is, though. I'm phone-phobic. :D; If I can possibly avoid it, I will not talk on the phone. I will text, I will e-mail, I will LJ, but I hate phones. ... And with phones, when we need to get information to the rest of the group, we have to play the "she-said" game and there are still miscommunications. I was talking to Alex and apparently she heard totally different things from you and me regarding flights and hotels and stuff, and all I know is what I've heard from Kaity, and... yeah.

At least if there was a central textual place we could all check once in a while, we could more easily correct inaccurate information and stuff.
